Shipping Costs
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
We use a simple, transparent weight-based system:
Mainland Portugal Shipping Rates
Small Items
For light items such as T-shirts, hats, accessories, and dust bags.
Order Weight: up to 0.49 kg
Shipping Fee: €3.50
Standard Orders (Typical for One Pair of Shoes)
For most custom sneakers and heavier apparel.
Order Weight: 0.5 kg – 1.99 kg
Shipping Fee: €4.50
Heavy Orders
For large shoe sizes, multiple pairs of shoes, or bulk orders.
Order Weight: 2 kg and above
Shipping Fee: €7.50
EU, UK & North Africa Shipping Rates
Small Items
For light items such as T-shirts, hats, accessories, and dust bags.
Order Weight: up to 0.49 kg
Shipping Fee: €7
Standard Orders (Typical for One Pair of Shoes)
For most custom sneakers and heavier apparel.
Order Weight: 0.5 kg – 1.99 kg
Shipping Fee: €15
Heavy Orders
For large shoe sizes, multiple pairs of shoes, or bulk orders.
Order Weight: 2 kg and above
Shipping Fee: €30
Shipping fees are applied automatically at checkout once your shipping address and cart items are entered.
Order Processing Time
Customised Sneakers:
Made-to-order and require a minimum of 2 weeks to complete, depending on workload and design complexity.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods.
Premium Embroidered T-Shirts & Other Items:
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched sooner, depending on stock availability.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times:
Portugal (Mainland)
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
European Union & United Kingdom
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days at an additional cost.
Morocco & Selected African Regions
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, seasonal delays, or courier issues.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted couriers, including CTT and DHL, to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You may use this to follow your delivery through the courier’s tracking system.
Important Information
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Conscious Customs cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will refund the item cost only (excluding shipping fees). You will need to place a new order for redelivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Conscious Customs is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If this is a concern, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
