Absolutely! I ship to both the EU and UK for no additional cost and you’ll get tracked shipping, so you can follow your order’s journey. Delivery times can vary, so please be patient as your custom piece makes its way to you.

How Can I Get Items to You for Customisation?

You’ve got a few options!

If it’s easiest for you, I can handle ordering new items—whether they’re shoes, bags, t-shirts, or anything else you want customised. Just let me know what you have in mind!
Alternatively, you can send me new, unworn items directly or have them shipped from your order.
If you have something that needs a refresh, like a well-loved pair of shoes or a bag that’s seen better days, feel free to send those over too, as long as they’re still in good condition.

Remember, custom art pieces aren’t just for shoes! Whether you want to transform a bag, a t-shirt, or any other apparel or furniture item, I’m here to help make your vision a reality.

Can I personalise my wedding sneakers?

Absolutely! You can customise your wedding sneakers with your name, wedding date, or even a special quote to make them uniquely yours. Let’s chat about your vision, and I’ll bring it to life.

Do the wedding sneakers come with a keepsake bag?

Yes! Each pair of wedding sneakers comes with a personalised embroidered dust bag to keep them safe and protected. Choose from three personalisation options: “Bride with date,” “Name with date,” or “Bride to Be” with two wedding rings. It’s a beautiful keepsake from your special day!

Are the rhinestones and paint durable?

Yes! I use high-quality materials, including waterproof paint and premium pearls and rhinestones. While they are made to last, they should still be treated with care—avoid excessive scuffing or rough wear to keep them looking perfect.

Can I request a specific shoe model for my wedding sneakers?

Sure! Have a shoe in mind? Let me know and we'll work on ideas to create the oerfect pair for your big day!

Can I order matching sneakers for my partner or bridal party?

Yes! Matching wedding sneakers for the groom, bridesmaids, or even flower girls can be created to complement your special day. Let’s discuss your ideas and make them happen.

Embroidered T-Shirts

What materials are used for the T-shirts?

I use only high-quality, original branded T-shirts, such as Urban Classics, to ensure durability and comfort.

How should I care for my embroidered T-shirt?

To keep your embroidery looking fresh:

Wash inside out at 30°C (86°F)
Avoid tumble drying
Do not iron directly on the embroidery

Do you offer bulk orders for bridal parties or special events?

Yes! If you need matching embroidered T-shirts for a bridal party, family event, or any special occasion, just reach out, and we’ll make it happen.

Turnaround Time

When will my custom order be ready?

Typically, I need a maximum of 4 weeks to finish custom pieces, but I have turned some around in 48 hours. If you’re working with a tight schedule, reach out with your deadline, and we will do our best to make it happen.

What Materials Do You Use?

What kind of paints and products do you use?

I use a range of top- quality prodcuts, such as Angelus Direct paints, SneakArts paints, to make sure your custom art pieces look amazing and last, so that you are able to enjoy them for the longest time possible.

Will the paint last, or is it going to peel off?

Our customs are made with waterproof paint, allowing you to enjoy them in various weather conditions. However, they must be treated with love and care—show them some TLC. These wearable masterpieces aren’t designed for everyday rough use—persistent scuffing or scratching could cause the paint or rhinestones to wear off. Show them love, and they’ll keep shining!
